Hash Brown Casserole

Serves 8-10 people
- 1 (2 lb.) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed for 30 minutes
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (1 lb.) carton sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together and put in 9×13 inch pan. Put crunched corn flakes or crushed potato chips on top and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
