Marinade: 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 TBSP fresh thyme 2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1/3 c basalmic vinegar 1/3 c vegetable oil 2 lbs cubed pork loin. Place on skewers and drill 10-15 minutes.

Marinade: 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 c. water 2 cloves minced garlic 1 T. brown sugar 1/8 t. ground powdered ginger Marinate a 2 lb. flank steak for 5 hours or overnight. Grill for 2-8 minutes on each side.
